Great location by Metrotown and highly convenient! No need to drive and park just walk.
Will be located at Beresford and Silver Ave. 38 stories high with a brick and concreate exterior. The features list is definately there. Some of my favourites would be the roller blinds, a window by the kitchen, enabling customized electronic functionality from smartphone or tablet. Will have to see if theres an option we can turn off lights from our phone. Also included is a years of no charge Telus internet.
Most important is the floor plans. Everything is square and the flow is there. This may be the next best thing in the area considering Bosa's Soverign sold out in a day with line ups that started on a Wednesday for the Friday launch. Click here for more info: Silver by Intracorp
