HST Calculator for buying brand new

This calculator is for new construction only. For most homes bought in B.C., there is no HST because the tax does not apply to previously occupied homes. The New Home Tax Calculator Applies at the current HST rate of 12 per cent. When the rate drops in 2012 and again in 2014 the calculator will be adjusted to reflect those changes.
